Game objective: Players must bend backwards and go under a pole without falling.

Rules: Players must bend backwards and walk under a pole. Each time they go under, the pole is lowered and gets harder. The person who goes under the lowest pole height without falling is the winner. Players are not allowed to place their hands on the ground when going under the pole. This game is not designed for people with bad backs.

Objects needed:

Pole and two stands for the end of the pole.

Two chairs or two people can be used to hold the pole.
